Cancellation Policy for Accommodation Booking

1. Cancellation Policy - Before Arrival

1. Notice Period:

   • Guests must provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to their scheduled check-in date for a full refund.

2. Refunds:

   • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 nights before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

   • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 nights before check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Change of Dates:

   • Guests may request a change of dates at least 14 days before the check-in date, subject to availability and any applicable rate adjustments.

2. Cancellation Policy - After Arrival

1. Early Departures:

   • If a guest decides to shorten their stay after arrival:

     • 14 Nights’ Notice: Guests must provide at least 14 nights' written notice to qualify for a refund of unused nights.

     • Refunds will be calculated based on the unused nights after the notice period ends.

2. No Refund for Immediate Departures:

   • Guests who depart without providing the required 14 nights’ notice will not receive a refund for the unused portion of their stay.

3. Special Circumstances:

   • Refunds for cancellations or early departures due to emergencies (e.g., illness, natural disasters) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

3. General Terms and Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Fees:

   • Any booking fees, taxes, or additional charges (e.g., cleaning fees) are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

2. Group Bookings:

   • Group reservations may have separate cancellation terms. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific conditions.

3. No-Show Policy:

   • Guests who fail to check in on their scheduled arrival date without prior notification will forfeit the booking and are not eligible for a refund.
